Let me introduce myself, I am Irina. I always enjoyed cooking and experimenting with recipes, but in a last few years I had discovered nut flours and it opened up a new world of possibilities and experiments that lead to impressive flavors and interesting combinations. I got intrigued and genuinely impressed with the versatility of new ingredients. That discovery was around the time I was in pursuit to reduce my carbohydrate intake so the timing was ideal.
In addition, I enjoy photography. I get mesmerized and inspired by seeing beautiful photos of professional photographers. I continuously strive to improve my skills. Combining it with cooking makes the process more fun, enjoyable and challenging at the same time.
Healthy lifestyle is another passion of mine. I try to stay active throughout a day and find time to exercise regularly. For my workouts, I normally opt out for the high intensity interval training, sometimes mixed with heavier weights. I am keeping my options open and always interested to experiment with new and different routines.
I wanted to share my experiences, thoughts and ideas about cooking, eating, exercising, living and everything in between, that I find interesting and useful (at least for me). To have a platform where I can express myself and create meaningful content seemed to be a perfect reason to create a blog. That is how EatLiftRestRepeat came to life.
